Return Policy

At Kalpathy Store, we prioritize customer satisfaction by ensuring that you receive high-quality products. While we do not offer refunds, we provide a replacement for any damaged or spoiled products, or an alternative product of equal value, subject to product availability.

Replacement Policy:

  • If your product is spoiled or damaged upon delivery, you are eligible for a replacement or an alternative product of equal value.
  • To initiate a replacement request, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Send an email to contact@kalpathystore.com with the details of the issue, including photos of the damaged product. We will review your request and notify you of the replacement status.

What is Not Covered:

  • Fragile items such as Kai Murukku and Vadgam may break during transit. These items cannot be replaced.
  • Kalpathy Store is not responsible for damage or leakage caused during customs inspection, and replacements will not be provided for such cases.

Special Considerations:

  • Dairy products such as Ghee and milk sweets cannot be shipped to European countries. We will offer an alternative or replacement if such products are ordered.
  • Nut-based products cannot be shipped to the UK due to customs regulations. Alternatives or replacements will be provided.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be requested within 3 hours of placing the order.
  • If cancellations are made after this period, 50% of the order value may be deducted, as preparations will have already begun.
