The packaging of all products is handled by our manufacturers, and our role is to gather and deliver these products to your doorstep.
We have partnered with top courier services like Ecom Express, FedEx Express, DHL, Ekart, Delhivery, BlueDart, XpressBess, ST Couriers, Smartr, UPS, and many others to ensure all orders are shipped with utmost care.
Order Processing and Shipping Times
All orders received by www.kalpathystore.com will be shipped within the timeframe mentioned during checkout. You can find the exact shipping slot on the checkout page.
Address Amendments
Changes to the shipping address can only be made within 6 hours of placing the order. No changes can be made once the order is dispatched, even if the order is shipped within 6 hours. If any unavoidable situation arises where you need to change the address after dispatch, an additional charge for the amendment will be applied.
If an order is returned due to an address issue (e.g., incorrect address, failed delivery attempts), no refund will be issued. Customers will have the option to have the order reshipped to a corrected address, which will require payment of a partial amount from the original order value, along with the shipping charge for the replacement shipment.
Indian Orders
- We deliver PAN INDIA, covering over 2500 cities and 30,000+ pin codes.
- All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours. (Orders received on Fridays may take up to 68 hours for dispatch due to delivery services being unavailable on weekends). This does not apply during festive seasons.
- Transit time for delivery is 3-5 working days.
- Free delivery is provided across India for orders meeting the minimum purchase value, which will be displayed on the website.
- For orders from India to other countries, shipping charges will be added at checkout.
International Orders
USA & Canada
- We deliver across the US for all states within 2-5 days from the order date.
- Customers are responsible for paying any duties and taxes for their country.
All international orders (outside the US & India) will be processed within 2 days. Processing times may vary during festive seasons, and this will be communicated during checkout.
Duties & Taxes
- Customers are responsible for paying duties for orders to Canada, the UK, Europe, Sri Lanka, Portugal, Thailand, the Czech Republic, and some Middle Eastern countries. Kalpathystore does not cover these duties.
- For other countries, customers are also responsible for paying any applicable duties. Kalpathystore will assist with customs clearance.
Multiple Addresses
If you would like to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice at the specified shipping address. If the package is undeliverable, the rates may vary depending on the country and delivery. Some countries may add tariffs after the package is accepted, and we are not responsible for these additional costs. The shipping rate will be displayed during checkout before you submit payment.
Orders once shipped are not eligible for returns.
Important Notices
Dairy Product Warning:Milk-based sweets and dairy products such as Ghee cannot be shipped to the UK or European countries. If an order from Europe includes dairy products, we will not fulfill that portion of the order. We will either offer an alternative or provide a refund within 5 business days if no alternative is available. This only applies to European countries.
Nuts Product Warning:Products containing nuts cannot be shipped to the UK due to strict customs regulations. If an order from the UK includes nut-based products, we will not fulfill that portion of the order. We will either offer an alternative or provide a refund within 5 business days if no alternative is available. This only applies to the UK.
